What is Keyword automation?

A keyword automation is a rule that runs when someone texts a specific word to your number — sending an auto-reply, saving the contact, adding them to a group, or opting them in or out.
Keywords match on exact text, starts with, or contains, and matching ignores case, punctuation and emoji so JOIN, join and "Join!" behave identically. Rules run in priority order and the first match wins.
Built-in opt-out handling always runs before your own rules, so a STOP reply is never swallowed by a keyword automation.
