How to connect Zapier to Texto
Follow these steps to start sending SMS from Zapier.

In your Texto dashboard, go to Settings → API and copy your API key

Log into Zapier and click 'Create a Zap' (or 'Make a Zap')

Set up your trigger — choose the app and event that should fire the SMS (e.g. Google Sheets → 'New Row', Shopify → 'New Order')

For the action step, search for 'Texto' and select 'Send SMS'

When prompted, paste your Texto API key to connect your account

Map the phone number field from your trigger to the 'To' field — use Australian format (e.g. 04xx or +614xx)
