Texto is a product of Floop Pty Ltd (ABN 65 689 489 629). All data is stored in Australian data centres (AWS Sydney). Messages are delivered via licensed Australian carriers including Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, and Pivotel.

No data goes offshore. Your customers' information stays right here in Australia. Every account login can also be secured with two-factor authentication via any standard authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy and friends).

Texto is a proud member of the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO), ensuring our customers have access to a free and independent dispute resolution service. If you ever have an issue we can't resolve, the TIO is there to help.

Texto is also an approved message provider by ACMA for the SMS Sender ID Register.
