What is Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams is a collaboration platform integrated into the Microsoft 365 suite. It's the default communication tool for many Australian businesses, government departments, and enterprises that run on Microsoft infrastructure.

   Sign up for a free Texto account at app.texto.com.au

   Log into Zapier and create a new Zap

   Choose Microsoft Teams as your trigger app

   Select 'New Message' or 'New Channel Message' as the trigger

   Connect your Microsoft account and select the team and channel

   Choose Texto as your action app and select 'Send SMS'

   Connect your Texto account with your API key

   Configure the recipient phone number and message content

   Test the Zap to verify SMS delivery

    Turn on the Zap
